Book Reviews

The pioneer woman cooks a year of holidays by Ree Drummond

This is one of those cookbooks you can't just borrow from the library.. You have
to buy it so you have it on hand whenever you need it. I like how she broke up
the steps with photos. My stomach growled as I looked at the recipes. I enjoyed looking at the recipes in this book so much that I ended up buying it and I have NEVER paid $20 for a book. That good.

Fix-It and Forget-It Lightly Revised & Updated: 600 Healthy, Low-Fat Recipes for Your Slow Cooker by by Phyllis Pellman good So many yummy & EASY looking recipes in this book! I will eventually buy this book. This book with it's crock pot recipes is what inspired me to buy this slow cooker! Very good!

Spirit of survival by The Annanias family

Wow. After my less than stellar cruise in '12 with Carnival & reading this book (Costa
Concordia is part of the Carnival line) I have to say that I have no desire to
cruise on another Carnival ship. From the sheer irresponsibility of the captain
to the horrible treatment of the Costa Concordia passengers. But do I want to go on a cruise EVER again? You bet.
