The last week or so I've spent quite a bit in the kitchen! Last night, well a good portion of yesterday I made chocolate covered pretzels and then later I made ritz cookies where you take peanut butter and make a sandwich with ritz crackers and then dip them in chocolate. A huge hit every time I make them, not my recipe though! I also made a batch of sugar cookies but as always the sugar cookies did not turn out :) I made all this for my husband to take to work for his coworkers...hopefully they eat them all up!
Below is Turkey Enchiladas that I made for the first time and they were so delish! I kept the recipe for another time to make with chicken instead!
I also made Turkey with pasta. I use to love this when I was younger!
Also I made homemade bread for the first time. It was a bit tricky what with the altitude and what not but they turned out great! I can't wait to try a hand at Cinnamon rolls!
And also a lovely Turkey. This too was delicious!
