Not pictured in what you'll need is wax paper to put the treats on to dry.

These are the ingredients I chose but you can choose any type of pretzels you like and nutella is an option for the Ritz cookies.

1. If you're making the Ritz cookies you'll want to make the 'sandwiches' before you have the chocolate melted.

2.You'll want to put the baking chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and then if you have the setting put your microwave on low. Put the chocolate in the microwave for about a minute, each microwave is different so you'll have to guage how long you need to put it in for to make the chocolate melted. If it gets a strange consistency or starts smelling wrong you've burned the chocolate.

3. Using two forks you'll dip your pretzels/Ritz cookies into the melted chocolate. You'll want to work fairly quickly as the chocolate dries pretty quickly and I've found that if you try to remelt it, it gets burned.

4. Once you're done with your small batch of goodies if you want this is the time to put on sprinkles, you can also put dried coconut, M&M's (or any candy you think would be good) or chocolate chips on top of the pretzels.

5. Let them dry for at least 30 minutes and repeat.

(If you're wanting to make white chocolate and cinnamon covered pretzels all you would do is melt the white chocolate and sprinkle in some cinnamon, how much depends on how you want them to taste, be prepared that they are addicting!)
