Here's to hoping this post doesn't crash for the 4th time!

Yesterday I randomly decided to make some cupcakes for St. Patricks day for my husband to take to work.






















I filled the bigger cupcakes with cream filling and then used the same filling to frost the smaller cupcakes. I whipped out my new toy which bakes small cupcakes in 8 minutes. They are small but it makes it easy to have them baking while others are baking at the same time if I need to make a large batch of cupcakes!! I am not one to toot my own horn but they turned out so good! I wish I had kept more for me! :)
