No more..


My husband and I decided to cancel our home phone (which really was a huge waste of money) and our cable. We felt like neither were things we needed anymore. We have a Netflix streaming account and I just started a Hulu plus account last week..although I am not sure if I will keep the Hulu plus account. It's been nice to just watch whatever we want on our queues. And as far as newly released movies we've I've never been one to go to the movie theater and very rarely do we rent movies either. Instead we wait until we can get them at the library that is of course unless it's a much anticipated movie then we rent it at redbox or actually go see it at $1 theater but that's rare. It's been AWESOME not having our home phone ring which was only solicitors which I am not at all fond of.

    I don't have a home phone either......and also have no need for cable except that we have to have it in order to get internet here. good for you : )

      Thanks :) Its worth double checking to make sure you have to keep the cable..I know companies like to tell you anything to keep you as their customers.

    I haven't had a home phone is years and cable for two years and LOVE it. All you need is the internet. We have a TV where we get Amazon and Netfilx with just a quick click of a button. It took a few months to really get used to it, but so worth it.

      We do have Rokus (which I think is what you're talking about) and the are pretty awesome.
