Raskog Cart...
Today I thought I'd post about a little 'DIY' I did last month and by 'DIY' I mean, it's not really a DIY but it spruces up your Raskog cart. That is if you're lucky enough to have one. There's two things that crafty people seem to have from Ikea and one is the Raskog cart and the other is this rug. Am I right? Anyway on to the 'DIY'. I have a plethora of tape so I decided to take some of this design to dress up my Raskog cart. The tape comes off so easily so if you want to change it up then it's nice because it doesn't leave a nasty residue.
And then I got these plastic clear organizers from Ikea that fit perfectly in the cart as well. I looked all over ikea.com, flickr and instagram but can't seem to find the name of these organizers. I can't even remember the part of the store I got them, maybe the kitchen.
And last month I picked up these guys.
The amount of storage this little cart provides is surprising. I just might have to get another for my sewing machine :)
Whoa, I envy your cart. Full of letters, cards, washi tapes, etc.
ReplyDeleteI always want to have a cart like yours to organize my letters.
Nice DIY anyway :D

I dream about that cart. One day it will be mine.
ReplyDeleteHaha awww... I kind of what another but paint it red though for the kitchen.
DeleteLove the idea of putting Washi Tape on it to decorate it and hanging those Bygel Containers off the side!! Here is the insert I'm guessing: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50043573/. Can you tell me the dimensions of the seperate sections if it is not too much trouble.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing!
