Last week I made up a mini goal and that was to get 4 miles of walking/jogging in under an hour. It took three tries but I did it today! I've had a goal of beating my husbands record time (he's been in the military for 12 years & runs nearly every work day) which is one mile under 12 minutes..I've had that goal for a few months now but I haven't really pushed myself to beat it. But I will, mark my words.
