Turkey, turkey, turkey!

It's turkey/chicken enchilada's recipe time!!


-One boned chicken (or however much meat you want)
-1 dozen 12" tortillas
-1 white onion, diced
-1 8 oz can of cream of chicken
-1 8 oz can of cream of mushroom
-1 4 oz can of green chilies
-2 cups milk
-1 4 oz can of diced black olives
-1 package of shredded cheese (or however much you want)

Preheat oven for 375

I didn't take a lot of photos of the different steps because this recipe is pretty easy.

Gather the soups, chilies, black olives, milk, & diced onions & put in a bowl.

Take a tortilla and dip it in the mixture & be sure to get it all wet. Then put in in a greased casserole dish/Cake pan & add however much meat and cheese to the tortilla and repeat until you have the amount of tortillas done.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, uncovered.

Take out of the oven & voila!

You can add sour cream, guacamole, salsa..whatever you want on top! I personally like adding sour cream to mine.
